The sandwich construction with a lightweight paulownia wood core, complemented by fiberglass and carbon reinforcements, provides strength, stability and good torsional rigidity even in broken or soft terrain. Durable steel edges add confidence on harder passages and the sintered base offers fast, durable glide in a variety of snow conditions.
For a length of 165 cm, the radius is 15 m, the center of the ski is 94 millimeters.

Design
We work with the same design concept for all genres – from downhill to alpine skiing – and we approach skis as spatial objects. Information about the purpose of the ski is integrated as a texture on the base, the color scheme of the upper side smoothly transitions into the sidewalls, and on the heel you will find a small reference to the legends of alpine skiing: the first and last letter of their names. Egoé STAR is the first personal ski. It is not a brand or a logo – it is about specific people, their courage and stories.
